Guidelines for Abstract Submission
The Scientific Committee reminds attendees that materials deemed appropriate for presentation at the conference should meet the following criteria:
• The abstract should be based on original scientific work. If the work has been presented previously, full details must be provided.
• Any scientific work that has been accepted for publication or already published in any journal will not be entertained.
• Accepted abstracts for the 2026 Conference will be presented in either Oral or Poster Sessions, as decided by the Scientific Committee.
• Registration for the conference is compulsory. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to waive registration fees for invited speakers/faculty.
Abstract Preparation
Submitted abstracts must adhere to the following specifications:
- Abstracts should be in English.

The submission should have two pages:

First page – Author Page:
- Include the title and author details, including the presenting author, co-authors, place where the study was conducted, and affiliations. The presenting author should be clearly identified.
- Indicate the presenter's designation: Resident, Fellow, Faculty, or Consultant.
- Group the authors together and provide the full name of every author.
- Omit academic degrees and titles.
- Group institutions together and provide institution names, cities, states or provinces, and countries.

Second page – Abstract Page: Include only the title and abstract, presented under the following headings:
- Title
- Background
- Materials and methods
- Results
- Conclusions

Abstract title:
- The title must be in bold.
- No abbreviations should be used in the title.
- The title must be limited to ten words or fewer. Titles exceeding the limit will be edited.
- Do not use capital letters in the title except for words that are always capitalised.
- For case presentations, the title must not contain only the name of the disease or diseases.
- The abstract must be limited to 300 words and should fit on one page.
- Keywords should be listed at the end in alphabetical order.

Abstracts must be formatted as a Microsoft Word document using the following settings:
- Single-spaced
- Font: Times New Roman, 12 point
- Page layout: One-inch margin on all four sides
- Payment: There is no fee for abstract submissions.
- Meeting registration: Conference registration is mandatory to present a paper.
- Multiple papers: A speaker may submit more than one paper but must disclose multiple submissions to the Scientific Committee.
- Type of presentation: Authors must indicate whether they prefer an oral or poster presentation. The Scientific Committee retains the right to decide the mode of presentation.

Abstracts submitted by any method other than email will not be entertained for participation.
Confirmation of Receipt
You will receive an email confirming receipt of your abstract. If you do not receive confirmation within three working days, please contact the relevant email address above. Only electronically submitted abstracts will be considered; mailed or hand-delivered abstracts will not be entertained.
Please Note
- The Scientific Committee editor reserves the right to edit abstracts, if necessary, for clarity, grammar, style, and length before publication in its scientific journal or souvenir.
- Audiovisual equipment: An LCD projector, laptop, and microphone will be provided in all session rooms.
- Laptops: Individual laptops or notebooks will not be entertained in the conference room.
- Presenters must provide their full presentation well in advance.
- Scheduling: Check the NSCCM or CCNAN website two weeks before the meeting for the scheduled date and time of your presentation.
- Policy: In accordance with the NSCCM and CCNAN constitution and policy, authors are requested to be sensitive to and respectful of ethnic, cultural, religious, and gender diversity.
- The official measurement system of NSCCM and CCNAN is the International System of Units (SI). Members and contributors to the organisations' publications should make every effort to use SI units exclusively.
Abstract Acceptance and Presentation Guidelines
Once an abstract is accepted, an acceptance letter will be sent to the presenter. The presenter must then provide the following to the Scientific Committee:
- A detailed CV of the presenter
- A short biography of the presenter
- A clearance letter from the Institutional Review Committee (IRC), Ethical Committee, Research Department, or head of the relevant institution confirming that the presenter conducted the study at that centre and that the institution has no objection to the data or case being presented at a conference
- Conference registration confirmation
- The final PowerPoint presentation by email
For poster presentations, specifications and detailed poster guidelines will be sent after acceptance. The presentation may use a printed poster or an e-poster; the required format will be communicated later.
After receiving the items listed above, the Scientific Committee will make its final decision. The final list of presentations and presentation instructions will be emailed to presenters before October 21, 2026. If you do not receive final confirmation by that date, please contact the Scientific Committee.
